Senior Training of Trainer Port Authority 2011
CCMRS-IPB in collaboration with the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation, GIZ and bremenports Germany have held a TOT Authority Ports, held from 14 to 19 March 2011.
This activity is the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the IPB and the Ministry of Transportation and the MoU which was signed by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, CCMRS-IPB, InWent (GIZ), bremenports in May of 2010.
TOT is followed by the senior trainer in the field of ports, shipping and logistics in Indonesia. In the TOT has also produced curriculum and training modules for the Port Authority officials. This is the first time in Indonesia conducted the TOT in the field of Port Authorities.
Senior Opening TOT conducted by the Secretary of Directorate General of Sea Transportation Ministry of Transportation, Ir. Kemal Heryandri, Dipl., HE. In his speech Mr Setdijen provide guidance on issues important in the formation and operation of the Port Authority, among other concessions is about issues, limited human resources, marketing, and the masterplan.![]()
Earlier CCMRS-IPB’ Director, Prof. Dr. Tridoyo Kusumastanto give a speech, in his speech Prof. Dr. Tridoyo convey that Senior TOT this is a starting point to reach the port development is good and professional. Through this TOT will show the teachers / trainers in the areas of Port Development, Operation and Management is competent. With the trainers who are competent in that field then, it will generate all the staff, managers and port operators are competent in accordance with the mandate of Law no. 17 of 2008 on the voyage.
Conducted the first day of panel discussions led by Prof. Sudjanadi by topic “Critical Issues about Port Authorities”, the panelist presented four chief port authority, which I Belawan Port Authority chief, Ir. Sugiono, Sahat SH, MH.
Head II Tanjung Priok Port Authority, Drs. Saputra, I Nyoman Gde, head of the MM III Tanjung Perak port authority, and the Rev. MM. Widayat Port Authority Head IV Makasar. In addition to the Port Authority was attended by the head of the panel discussion was also attended by Pasoroan H.Harianja Dir.PUM PELINDO I, and the President Director of PT.KBS.
After the speakers delivered their brief presentation, then performed the panel discussion to discuss important issues that they have to say, so that the participants really get enough input make curriculum and modules for the organizers of the Port Authority.

Lectures given is designed to provide insight and update the information associated with the development of good harbors issues of national and international aspects. 12. International Shipping and Port Regulations(bremenports)
13. Port Business Communication and Marketing(bremenports)
14. Port Pricing I: Infrastructure and Investments(bremenports)
15. Port Pricing II: Operations and Services(bremenports)
Further inputs from the panel discussions and lecture material and material used as a basis to refine the training curriculum and modules for the port authority. The division of the group carried out in accordance with the competencies is as follows:![]()

4. Port Environment and Achievement Motivation Training Group
Furthermore, each group prepares the curriculum and each module and presented in the event wrap up workshop.
At the wrap up session each group skills / competencies, curriculum and presented the outline of each module trainer. Once that was done with the discussion, to avoid overlapping in the curriculum and inequality in the idea / perception and vision of the tasks and functions of the port authorities in accordance with Law No.17 of 2008 and PP No. 61 of 2009.
